Perfect travel companion

I travel a lot for work and have been looking for something I can take with me to stay in shape while I'm traveling. I take the door anchor and a pair of bands and can get a good workout right in my hotel room. My only complaint is the bag is a touch too small but otherwise love it.

Great for tall and short people

Yes! We found a versatile gym alternative that works for both myself 5'2 and my husband 6'2. Because this comes with 2 lengths of bands 3 different weight levels and an adjustable strap we've never had an issue getting a high quality workout

Great for small spaces

We've been looking for an all in one home gym that doesn't take up a lot of space. This is perfect! With the 3 different resistance bands we can add them together for increased weight resistance. I've found the 5lb band is perfect for my upper body workouts while my husband uses the 20lb band or combines them together.

My Kids Are Loving It!

My wife and I purchased the gym for ourselves and absolutely love it. But the best part is how much our two kids love using it. They are both in High School and we've already seen improvement in their school sports.

Very impressed with the quality and I love that it's made in the USA

I've only had it for a week but it feels really well made. The 3 different levels of resistance bands are great and the fact that you can combine them together for even more weight. The 5lb band is light enough for me to do gentle shoulder workouts and then I can combine the 10lb and 20lb for heavier squat workouts.

I haven't seen another home gym like this that incorporates a balance board. It's such a good deal for all that you get.
