Are you new to working out or has it been a really long time? No worries we have got you covered. This 3-week beginner session will safely get you started so you can quickly progress and get the results you're looking for.
The Beginner session is composed of 9 workouts designed to be done 3 times per week over 3 weeks. The workouts are divided into legs, abs/core, and upper body.
The workout videos include both body weight and resistance band exercises so you can choose what's right for you.
All of the following workouts can be found in the user guide with written explanations for each exercise
